DESIGNED FOR FUTURE HOMEOWNERS! The Couple Credit Audit is a deep dive into your credit report to determine the full health of your credit. The audit will take place via Zoom and will be complete within 1.5 hours, per person. *Audits will be done on two separate calls, 2nd call will be scheduled manually. Written analysis will be provided for each individual. All three credit reports are mandatory for this call. You will receive a link to download and/or access your reports in your confirmation email. *Audit is necessary for Credit Program. **Cost of audit includes first month of services, if qualified. Here is how it works once you've signed up: - You will sign up for IdentityIQ (credit monitoring). - We join a zoom call to go over your credit goals. - Thorough audit of your credit report will be performed to make sure you qualify for credit program. **Usually the only reasons someone will not qualify is if they have 0 collections, numerous recent late payments, or worked with a different credit repair company within 3-6 months) - We will create a strategy based on your goals and my findings. - You will be given a task/assignment to complete on your end. - Within 5-7 business days you will receive written overview of our call - You will be given access to shared Google Drive. You can see what I'm doing for you and upload your docs so I can see them and take next steps. - I will formulate, process and mail off your credit repair letters. - We will meet every 30-45 days, to review updated credit report, status in credit process and accountability of your task. - Program is designed for 12 months. **6 month check-in will determine if you need to continue or if you are ready to apply for your home. -Cancel anytime.
